Hey Johnson, Nice photos on your blog! Are you using any programs to photoshop your pictures? I found that as soon as I started using Picasa (it's free), I could improve the quality of my pictures on my blog. I take my photos of food without a flash (at night too) in my "studio" downstairs in my basement. I use Lowel Ego lights for the light. I am no expert in photography, but I do have some expensive lenses (my husband buys them for me). I use a macro lens for most of my food shots. The lenses I own are: AF-S Nikkor 24-70mm 1:2.8G ED, a AF Nikkor 70-300 mm 1:4-5.6D and a AF-S Micro Nikkor 105 mm 1:2.8G ED That's what it says on the lenses.
I didn't use any program to photoshop my pictures because I don't know how to use them...You got many good lens, are you using the 105MM one to take the picture of the foods that you made? I'm not expert too, but I like to take photos, and my father taught me many things
